We want our employees to enjoy everything about working at One Health Group and not only does this new system facilitate greater engagement with our “employment = enjoyment” culture, it also enables us to offer excellent interactive HR functionality – creating a greater experience and offering more support to our teams.

Reduced time on paperwork

The slick functionality of the People First system means our team members will spend less time completing paperwork and doing manual tasks such as requesting leave. Now, One Health Group employees can quickly review and update their data, book leave and collaborate and communicate with each other directly from their laptops, tablets or phones.

Greater opportunities for career progression

People First’s talent management function will encourage the internal promotion of our people, providing good career progression for employees and encouraging loyalty across the Group.
