You can request your GP to refer you on the NHS via the E-Referral Service to the John Coupland Hospital, in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist Consultants and discuss the treatment options available to you. You can still be referred to the John Coupland Hospital, even if this is not your registered GP practice.

John Coupland Hospital is an outpatient facility only. During your initial appointment, your consultant will discuss the reasons for your referral and your symptoms. Should you require surgery, One Health’s designated Patient Liaison Department will contact you following your appointment to arrange this at one of our partnering hospital locations. Gainsborough has a train station which is just a short bus ride away from the hospital.
