You can request your GP to refer you on the NHS via the e-Referral Service to the John Coupland Hospital, in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist Consultants and discuss the treatment options available to you. You can still be referred to the John Coupland Hospital, even if you are an NHS patient.

The John Coupland Hospital is an outpatient facility which also provides Never root block injections and Small Gynaecology procedures. During your initial appointment, your Consultant will discuss the reasons for your referral and your symptoms. Should you require surgery, One Health’s designated Patient Liaison Department will contact you following your appointment to arrange this at one of our partnering hospital locations. Located on Ropery Road, The John Coupland Hospital is close to Gainsborough, a market town in West Lincolnshire on the east bank of the River Trent, 18 miles north-west of the county town of Lincoln, 15 miles south-west of Scunthorpe, and 35 miles east of Sheffield. In the centre you can find a train station and the city of Sheffield can be reached using the A1. The M1 is also just a short drive.
