Welcome to our outreach clinic located at the North Hykeham Health Centre in Lincolnshire, where our expert Consultants attend to see you in the community, closer to where you live, to provide you with top-tier care for a healthier, pain-free life.
You can request your GP to refer you on the NHS via the e-Referral Service to the North Hykeham Health Centre, in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist Consultants and discuss the treatment options available to you. You can still be referred to the North Hykeham Health Centre, even if this is not your GP practice.

North Hykeham Health Centre is an outpatient facility and patients can also undergo diagnostic spinal injections here. During your initial appointment, your Consultant will discuss the reasons for your referral and your symptoms. Should you require surgery, One Health’s designated Patient Liaison Department will contact you following your appointment to arrange this at one of our partnering hospital locations. Getting to the North Hykeham Health Centre clinic is easy. It’s right next to the Richmond Medical Centre on Moor Lane, just off Newark Road on the outskirts of Lincoln and close to the lakes of Whisby Nature Park. With plenty of bus routes nearby, and Hykeham railway station just a few minutes’ walk away, you can get to us simply using public transport. We also have free parking on-site if you’d prefer to drive.
North Hykeham Health Centre is located next to Richmond Medical Centre on Moor Lane, just off of Newark Road (A1434).
