Welcome to our outreach clinic located at the Hollings Lane Clinic in Rotherham, where our expert Consultants attend to see you in the community, closer to where you live, to provide you with top-tier care for a healthier, pain-free life.
You can request your GP to refer you on the NHS via the e-Referral Service to the Revive Clinic, in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist Consultants and discuss the treatment options available to you. You can still be referred to the Revive Clinic, even if this is not your GP practice.

The Revive Clinic is an outpatient facility only. During your initial appointment, your Consultant will discuss the reasons for your referral and your symptoms. Should you require surgery, One Health’s designated Patient Liaison Department will contact you following your appointment to arrange this at one of our partnering hospital locations. Our clinic is easily accessible and offers the convenience of free onsite parking. We do not advise patients to park in the nearby pub carpark as this may result in a fine. If you are using Public transport to reach there is the Hollings lane/Spencer Drive Bus stop which is directly across the road.
