Welcome to our outreach clinic located at the Thorpe Park Clinic in Leeds, where our expert Consultants attend to see you in the community, closer to where you live, to provide you with top-tier care for a healthier, pain-free life.
You can request your GP to refer you on the NHS via the e-Referral Service to the Thorpe Park Clinic, in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist Consultants and discuss the treatment options available to you. You can still be referred to the Thorpe Park Clinic, even if this is not your GP practice.

Thorpe Park Clinic is an outpatient facility only. During your initial appointment, your Consultant will discuss the reasons for your referral and your symptoms. Should you require surgery, One Health’s designated Patient Liaison Department will contact you following your appointment to arrange this at one of our partnering hospital locations. Our Leeds clinic is easily accessible by car, based just off junction 46 of the M1.
The are several bus services operating routes from Leeds city centre to stops near the Thorpe Park Clinic, expect around 20-30 minutes for these journeys.
Ample free parking is available on site for Thorpe Park Clinic patients, please ensure you check in with your vehicle registration at reception. Refer to on site signage for further details and terms.
