Welcome to our outreach clinic located at The Glass Yard in Chesterfield, where our expert Consultants attend to see you in the community, closer to where you live, to provide you with top-tier care for a healthier, pain-free life.
You can request your GP to refer you on the NHS via the E-Referral Service to the the Glass Yard, in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist Consultants and discuss the treatment options available to you. You can still be referred to the the Glass Yard, even if this is not your registered GP practice.
If this location isn't the perfect fit for your needs, don't worry – One Health offers a network of exceptional clinics across the region, and you can choose to be seen at any of our outreach clinic sites. Please explore our website to find the ideal clinic location for you.
The Glass Yard is an outpatient facility only. During your initial appointment, your consultant will discuss the reasons for your referral and your symptoms. Should you require surgery, One Health’s designated Patient Liaison Department will contact you following your appointment to arrange this at one of our partnering hospital locations. The Glass Yard is a new development in Chesterfield, offering a well equipped and spacious location to treat patients with easy access from Dronfield, Stavely, Eckington and Barlborough (and just over the road from our previous home at Chesterfield FC’s Proact Stadium). This location is easy to reach by bus with multiple bus routes stopping outside.
Parking is available and is FREE of Charge.
