Welcome to our outreach clinic located at the Somercotes Medical Centre in Alfreton, where our expert Consultants attend to see you in the community, closer to where you live, to provide you with top-tier care for a healthier, pain-free life.
You can request your GP to refer you on the NHS via thee-Referral Service to the Somercotes Medical Centre, in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist Consultants and discuss the treatment options available to you. You can still be referred to the Somercotes Medical Centre, even if this is not your registered GP practice.

Somercotes Medical Centre is an outpatient facility only. During your initial appointment, your consultant will discuss the reasons for your referral and your symptoms. Should you require surgery, One Health’s designated Patient Liaison Department will contact you following your appointment to arrange this at one of our partnering hospital locations. The clinic is on Nottingham Road, close to Alfreton Town Football Club and Alfreton Welfare Park and Gardens. It’s just 40 minutes from Nottingham and Sheffield, and 20 minutes from Derby. It's a well-connected place, with road links to many other local towns and villages such as Pinxton, Riddings, and Blackwell. There are multiple bus stops located around the clinic making it easy to reach if you are traveling on Public transport.
