Welcome to our outreach clinic located at the Chapman Physiotherapy in Doncaster, where our expert Consultants attend to see you in the community, closer to where you live, to provide you with top-tier care for a healthier, pain-free life.
You can request your GP to refer you on the NHS via the e-Referral Service to the Chapman Physiotherapy, in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist Consultants and discuss the treatment options available to you. You can still be referred to the Chapman Physiotherapy Clinic, even if this is not your GP practice.

Chapman Physiotherapy is an outpatient facility only. During your initial appointment, your Consultant will discuss the reasons for your referral and your symptoms. Should you require surgery, One Health’s designated Patient Liaison Department will contact you following your appointment to arrange this at one of our partnering hospital locations. Based in Doncaster on Wheatley Hills, you can find the clinic next to ‘Simo’s Café.’ Follow the A6130 to the A1 which can lead you to Sheffield, around 40 minutes away. You can reach the centre of Doncaster with a short drive or even walk, there is a train station which is located in the town centre.
