Welcome to our outreach clinic located at the Ossett Surgery (also known as the Church Street Surgery) in Ossett, where our expert Consultants attend to see you in the community, closer to where you live, to provide you with top-tier care for a healthier, pain-free life.
You can request your GP to refer you on the NHS via thee-Referral Service to the Ossett Surgery, in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist Consultants and discuss the treatment options available to you. You can still be referred to the Ossett Surgery, even if this is not your registered GP practice.

The Ossett Surgery is an outpatient and Spinal injection facility only. During your initial appointment, your consultant will discuss the reasons for your referral and your symptoms. Should you require surgery, One Health’s designated Patient Liaison Department will contact you following your appointment to arrange this at one of our partnering hospital locations. We are close to Low Laithes Golf Club and Ossett United AFC. The Ossett clinic is just a 6 minute walk from Ossett bus station for tjose traveling by public trasnport.
