Welcome to our outreach clinic located at the Grantham Health Centre in, Lincolnshire, were our expert Consultants attend to see you in the community, closer to where you live, to provide you with top-tier care for a healthier, pain-free life.
You can request your GP to refer you on the NHS via the e-Referral Service to the Grantham Health Centre, in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist Consultants and discuss the treatment options available to you. You can still be referred to the Grantham Health Centre, even if this is not your GP practice.

Grantham Health Centre is an outpatient facility only. During your initial appointment, your Consultant will discuss the reasons for your referral and your symptoms. Should you require surgery, One Health’s designated Patient Liaison Department will contact you following your appointment to arrange this at one of our partnering hospital locations. One Health’s clinic, based in Grantham Health Centre Clinic, is located on St Catherine's Road, behind the cinema.
The nearest main road is the A52 which leads you onto the A1, taking you to the city of Nottingham. The town also is home to Grantham Train Station. Parking is available on site.
There is a multi-story parking facility located next to the clinic.
