UpgradeSteve's journey with One Health began in 2012, initially joining the Finance Team on a temporary basis before progressing to a permanent role as a Clinical Coder in 2013. Later, he transitioned to remote work and now supports the business from home.
Steve completed an NHS Clinical Coding Foundation Course in 2013 and followed this with a number of specialist workshops in Spinal and Hand & Foot to advance his proficiency. His knowledge and contributions to One Health are invaluable, and we are proud to have him as an integral member of our team.
In addition to his professional endeavours, Steve recently made a significant personal discovery - he was diagnosed with autism, a trait he shares with his son. This newfound understanding enriches Steve's perspective and underscores his commitment to fostering inclusivity and understanding within our team and beyond.
