Welcome to our outreach clinic located at The Duchy Hospital in Harrogate, where our expert Consultants attend to see you in the community, closer to where you live, to provide you with top-tier care for a healthier, pain-free life.
You can request your GP to refer you on the NHS via the e-Referral Service to the The Duchy Hospital, in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist Consultants and discuss the treatment options available to you. You can still be referred to the The Duchy Hospital, even if this is not your GP practice.

The Duchy Hospital is an outpatient facility only. During your initial appointment, your Consultant will discuss the reasons for your referral and your symptoms. Should you require surgery, One Health’s designated Patient Liaison Department will contact you following your appointment to arrange this at one of our partnering hospital locations. The hospital is situated on Queens Road which can be reached via Otley Road (B6162). From the Prince of Wales roundabout take the third turn on the right.
The hospital is at the bottom of Queens Road on the right-hand side. From Leeds take A61 and after passing the Harrogate sign, turn left at the second roundabout (Prince of Wales) and Queens Road is the third street on the right.
