UpgradeSophie joined OHG in 2012 and has held various positions within the organisation, which has given her a good grounding of how the business operates. Sophie has spent the last 10 years being a key member of our Clinical Governance Team, supporting the clinical function of the organisation, alongside our Medical Director. Sophie is now using her skills in a different role and was promoted to Operations Manager & Assistant Company Secretary in early 2024, supporting the Director of Operations & Service Development with the leadership, strategy and operational delivery of key objectives to strengthen and grow our services, as well as supporting the CEO in the management of day-to-day operations to meet our corporate governance obligations. Sophie is also currently a student member of the Chartered Governance Institute UK (CGIUK).
