Dr Rahul Bhansali is a Pain Medicine and Anaesthetic Consultant at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He has completed his specialist training from Nottingham University Hospitals where he gained experience in complex spinal problems, joint pains and neuromodulation.  

Dr Bhansali treats patients with degenerative spine disease, back and neck pain, shoulder pain and sciatica, knee and hip pains, myofascial pain, abdominal pain and pelvic pain. He believes in multidimensional pain management and feels that patient education is a main pillar of management. His special interests include interventional pain management, advanced radio frequency ablation pain, and regenerative medicine such as platelet rich plasma therapies to aid with rehabilitation process.
