Service Improvement Lead

Rosie’s role here at One Health Group is Service Improvement Lead, which includes incident reporting, complaints handling and overseeing audits, amongst other tasks.

Rosie has worked in health care alongside the NHS for many years, qualifying as a Dental Nurse at the age of 18 to most recently working as a Practice Manager in a local dentist. Her experience has given her the skills to be able to carry out her responsibilities thoroughly and she is always looking for ways to improve the service here at One Health Group which gives her job satisfaction.
