Nicole Gent

Nicole joined One Health Group (OHG) in 2015 and is our Head of Service Delivery, where she oversees and manages the biggest department within the organisation.  Nicole leads, directs and manages the operational delivery of all OHG secondary care services, assisting and advising the Senior Management Team and Board on the delivery of clinically safe services.  Driving performance management across our Patient Liaison Department and ensuring continuous improvement in service to our patients and consultants.  She guarantees effective and efficient use of resources across the Department through forward-thinking approaches to resource allocation ensuring that responsibility for decision making is devolved to people and teams wherever possible. Nicole is also responsible for forging links with external partners to ensure effective collaboration, engagement and for the transformation of service delivery models to meet patient and commissioner priorities.

As a member of our Senior Management Team Member, Nicole fully contributes to, and participates in, the governance, strategic development and corporate management of One Health Group Services and provides professional leadership, expertise and advice to the Board and Senior Management Team on service delivery matters.
