UpgradeChelsey has been a valued member of the team since 2021. After completing a Diploma in Health and Social Care and a HND in Business Management, she knew that she wanted a career that would blend both worlds - something she found here at One Health Group.
During her time with One Health Group, Chelsey has worked in both the Spinal and Orthopaedic departments and has most recently moved into the role of Service Delivery Manager alongside her colleague Casey. She thrives on being part of and managing an efficient team that provides an excellent service to patients.
Chelsey's role involves performance management within the Patient Liaison Department and overseeing capacity and demand planning for clinics and theatres. She is proud to be playing a part in helping reduce wait times for those on waiting lists for elective surgery within the NHS.
