UpgradeService Delivery Manager Casey Garrett started at One Health covering maternity within the Patient Liaison Department in 2017. Whilst Casey never planned a career in healthcare and took a degree in Forensic Science; she found joy in supporting patients on their journey from treatment to recovery. Having become a Team Manager and more recently starting her new role as Service Delivery Manager, she now thoroughly enjoys providing effective management support to the Patient Liaison Team Managers.
Casey’s role within One Health is to ensure that strong patient and consultant relationships are maintained, whilst improving the departments services to ensure a high level of satisfaction is kept. Through her close working relationships with external parties, she also ensures that all capacity is fully utilised to ensure patient waiting times are kept to a minimum. Casey works very closely with our Head of Service Delivery to ensure the day-to-day running of the department operates smoothly.
